Peanut describes odd NYC altercation on stream

ROX tigers mid laner Lindarang left Thursday's LCK match because of an apparent illness.
ROX tigers mid laner Lindarang left Thursday's League Champions Korea (LCK) match because of an apparent illness.

During a stream, ROX Tigers jungler Han “Peanut” Wang-Ho shared an experience he had during his time in New York while he was out on a stroll with the head coach Jeong “NoFe” No-Chul.

“On the day we lost to SKT, the head coach asked me to go to Times Square with him,” he said. “While walking, I bumped into a black man really hard. A Korean fan bailed me and the head coach out of that situation. The guy had a black bag of liquid, and apparently I dropped it when I bumped into him. I couldn’t tell what was going on, and even when I told him I would reimburse him, he kept telling me to follow him.”

He later described how he walked away from the situation thanks to a passing Korean fan and with money exchanging hands.

“I just wanted to leave the situation so I was prepared to pay him, and at first he wanted me to give him 21 dollars,” he said. “But then he noticed that I had more money in my wallet, and he suddenly bumped it up to 42 dollars and then 44 dollars. The Korean fan then stepped in to say that this whole thing was ridiculous so I just gave him 42 dollars.”
