Confusion surrounding Deft’s movement to a new team.

One of China’s most popular Korean players, Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu’s, movements are surrounded by confusion.

On Monday, Fomos’ Choi Min-suk reported that Gu “Imp” Seung-bin shared on his Chinese social media account that Deft might move to KT Rolster, a team that recently parted ways with their own AD Carry No “Arrow” Dong-hyun, and a screenshot of the post has been shared around China and went viral.

However on the same day, Daily eSports’ Lee Yun-ji reported that Imp said that the screenshot in question was doctored, and not something he actually posted, writing that the screenshot was “created by fans,” on his Facebook.

In regards to this rumor, KT’s head coach Lee Ji-hoon has since refused to comment on the matter, saying that he has “nothing (he) can yet say.”

Deft left his Chinese team EDward Gaming after his performance at the Demacia Cup and the destination of one of the best ADCs in the word is still up in the air, with even more attention is on him as roster changes are coming out all over the region of Korea.
