Slingshot Readers,

We NEED your support. More specifically, the author of this article needs your support. If you've been enjoying our content, you know that a lot of work goes into our stories and although it may be a work of passion, writers gotta eat. If just half our readers gave 1 DOLLAR a month, one measly dollar, we could fund all the work from StuChiu, DeKay, Emily, Andrew (and even Vince). If you contribute 5 DOLLARS a month, we invite you to join our Discord and hang with the team. We wouldn't bother you like this if we didn't need your help and you can feel good knowing that 100% of your donation goes to the writers. We'd really appreciate your support. After all, you're what makes all this happen. Learn more

The League Champions Korea season will start Jan. 17, according to a report from OSEN.

The report cites multiple anonymous sources and was later confirmed by Riot Games Korea after the League of Legends AllStars event.

This follows a screenshot from the Chinese stream of the AllStars event that detailed the starting dates of LCK, as well as the League of Legends Pro League, North American League Championship Series d the European LCS (the latter two were released today by Riot Games).

OSEN further reported that the LCK will be broadcast every day of the week except Monday and Friday. Tuesday and Sunday broadcasts will be done by SpoTV, with the remaining three days done by OGN. Each day will have two games scheduled at 3 and 5 p.m. local time (1 a.m. and 3 a.m. ET), and each team will play two games per week.
