The Valve extension, Part 4 of the Wings Saga

Chiu on This
A short and regular opinion blast from Stephen Chiu

‘Chiu on This’ is a short and regular opinion blast

After most of the dust has settled after the long dispute between the Team Random players, ACE and EHome, the death of the TI6 lineup was assured. Y and faith_bian went to EHOME. Shadow has joined Eclipse, a team so bad that if Shadow somehow does anything in this team he will go down as one of the best Dota 2 players ever. The only people left who need a team are blink and iceice.

This is where Valve comes in as it extended the deadline for roster changes by two days. The general assumption is that this is for those two players as most other players have already found new homes.

Incidentally this will be the first year where there is no defending champion in TI7, and based on how Valve tries to seed these events, EHOME may have secured its spot with the roster changes.
