Fiora nerfs finally go through League of Legends Patch 7.14

With a couple of mechanics changes, buffs, and nerfs, a fair number of the changes from League of Legends’ Public Beta Environment have been carried over to League of Legends Patch 7.14, which goes live Wednesday morning and includes many item changes and adjustments to vision. Here are the major ones:

Diana’s passive has received a slight touch up. Instead of giving her an attack speed boost every third auto attack, every spell cast gives her 20 percent bonus attack speed for the next three auto attacks, and increases the bonus attack speed based on the level of her E.

Perhaps doubling down on the new spell-slinging style Riot Games want to give her, the rest of the changes remained the same from previous PBE renditions.

Singed’s smaller scale rework comes with a new passive that gives him more movement speed, new grounded status to his W, lower mana cost Fling, as well as his slightly buffed ultimate came as previously advertised. Outside of that, he also has more base health and health growth.

Cho’Gath’s new E is up and running, as it is no longer a toggle and affects the next three auto attacks for the cost of mana. The base damage is unchanged, but now it has a max health damage bonus based on the enemy’s health and gives a decaying slow. The more detailed mechanics were discussed in a previous PBE patch.

Fiora nerfs are finally in place from the PBE after skipping a patch, with her passive giving less movement speed and her ultimate doesn’t grant her movement speed, either.

Rammus’ W now does 30 percent movement speed reduction on cast instead of 60, which carried over one-to-one.
