If you contribute 5 DOLLARS a month, we invite you to join our Discord and hang with the team. We wouldn't bother you like this if we didn't need your help and you can feel good knowing that 100% of your donation goes to the writers. We'd really appreciate your support. Tempo Storm to sign ex-Pain, ex-Luminosity players

Tempo storm will sign the ex-Pain and ex-Luminosity CS:GO players.
Tempo storm will sign the ex-Pain and ex-Luminosity CS:GO players.

Tempo Storm will sign the Brazilian Counter-Strike players formerly of PaiN and Luminosity Gaming, according to sources close to the players and organization. The five man lineup includes Paulo “land1n” Felipe, Alef “tatazin” Pereira, Denis “dzt” Fischer, Lucas “destiny” Bullo and Bruno “shz” Martinelli.

Tempo Storm was briefly popular last year with the rise of the Brazilian roster that eventually became Immortals, and this marks a return to CS:GO for the multi-game organization after more than a year hiatus. Immortals eventually became the runner-up team at the PGL Krakow Major last month, but its four months with Tempo Storm from February to June helped propel the ex-Games Academy roster into a larger spotlight.

It is unclear if the new Tempo Storm team will have to begin from ESEA Open, but a source explained the team hopes to acquire an open ESEA premier spot and qualify for ESL Pro League as soon as possible. The ex-PaiN players finished 5th-6th at the Americas Minor, leaving a lot of room for improvement for the latter half of 2017.

Luminosity added two ex-PaiN players last month, and destiny and shz, who left Luminosity at the time, joined the rest of the ex-Pain roster last week. Both squads will attempt to improve on their recent performances after failing to make the Major Qualifier.

Tempo Storm did not initially respond to request for comment.
