Riot Games has suspended Brazilian League of Legends player Guilherme “Vash” Del Buono, the mid laner for CNB e-sports Club, for five competitive games for toxic behavior.

According to the ruling, officials of the Brazilian league received reports regarding Vash’s toxic behavior during ranked games. An investigation into his account revealed the allegations to be true. Likewise, it’s also only been a month since the last time Vash was penalized for a similar offense.

In accordance to the rules of CBLoL, Vash will receive a suspension for the next five competitive games. As the 2017 season in Brazil came to a close July 23, the penalty will carry over to next season, and Vash will be ineligible to play in the first five games of the season.

In addition to his suspension, Vash’s account has also been suspended, and he will be precluded from entering the transfer window before the next season. If another team is interested in signing Vash, they will have to pay a fine, in accordance to CBLoL rules.
