Team Secret signs Ace and FATA- to Dota 2 roster

Ace and FATA- have joined Team Secret
Team Secret added two players to its Dota 2 roster.

Team Secret announced Tuesday the signing of Marcus “Ace” Hoelgaard and Adrian “FATA-” Trinks to its Dota 2 team.

Ace and Fata will fill the spots of Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann and Pyo “MP” No-ah, who departed the active roster last month following a disappointing 9-12th finish at The International 7.

Ace was previously a member of the Danish Bears after the roster left Cloud9 in May. As a veteran with a career that started in 2012, Ace has played for 11 teams other teams in his career. His highest payday came earlier this year as a member of Cloud9 in the World Esports Games, where C9 finished second and earned $400,000.

FATA- previously played for Team Liquid and Team NP. He has competed in the past five TIs, most recently as a part of Team NP’s roster for TI7, which was bought by Cloud9. Similar to Secret, FATA- and C9 exited in 9-12th at TI7.

The new Team Secret roster will play the qualifiers for ESL One Hamburg and DreamLeague Season 8, according to the announcement. The full roster now consists of Ace, FATA-, Nai Zheng “MidOne” Yeik, Yazied “YapzOr” Jaradat and Clement “Puppey” Ivanov.
