If you contribute 5 DOLLARS a month, we invite you to join our Discord and hang with the team. We wouldn't bother you like this if we didn't need your help and you can feel good knowing that 100% of your donation goes to the writers. We'd really appreciate your support. kNg to attend DreamHack Montreal

Immortals' kNg will play at DreamHack Montreal
kNg will play at DreamHack Montreal despite some uncertainty.

Despite some uncertainty, it appears Immortals’ Vito “kNg” Giuseppe will attend DreamHack Montreal this weekend.

Yuré Araujo, who works with kNg, announced on Thursday through Twitter that kNg will be able to compete in DreamHack Montreal but might not get there on time.

Araujo explained that kNg will probably be able to fly into Montreal from Brazil in time for Immortals’ second match against Luminosity Gaming. After the tournament, kNg will return to Brazil to continue the process of obtaining a visa for continued competition in the United States.

Immortals coach Rafael “zakk” Fernandes said Wednesday he would temporarily play for kNg while kNg returned to Brazil for a brief time. kNg has been an official member of the Immortals since May after a successful trial period at the 2017 PGL Krakow Major, where the team had an surprising second place finish. Before his trial, he played for Brazilian CS:GO team g3nerationX (with Immortals’ Lucas “steel” Lopes) before moving to Red Reserve.
