Slingshot Readers,

We NEED your support. More specifically, the author of this article needs your support. If you've been enjoying our content, you know that a lot of work goes into our stories and although it may be a work of passion, writers gotta eat. If just half our readers gave 1 DOLLAR a month, one measly dollar, we could fund all the work from StuChiu, DeKay, Emily, Andrew (and even Vince). If you contribute 5 DOLLARS a month, we invite you to join our Discord and hang with the team. We wouldn't bother you like this if we didn't need your help and you can feel good knowing that 100% of your donation goes to the writers. We'd really appreciate your support. Almost 20 League of Legends champions had their damage values altered in Tuesday’s update to the Public Beta Environment (PBE), most of which are in coordination with the new runes system that will alter the numbers in the preseason.

Camille‘s W and E will do more damage across all ranks by five attack damage.

Fiora‘s Q will do five more attack damage at all ranks.

The bonus damage on Graves‘ Q will deal five more attack damage at all ranks.

Jarvan IV‘s Q does five more attack damage at all ranks, and 10 more on his ultimate.

Jax‘s Q and E does five more attack damage at all ranks.

Jayce‘s Q in both hammer and cannon form does five more attack damage at all ranks.

Kled‘s W, E, and Q while mounted do five more attack damage at all ranks. The base damage on his ultimate based on the percentage of the target’s maximum health increased by 2 percent at all ranks, and the maximum shield value increased by 25 at all ranks.

Lee Sin‘s Q and E do five more attack damage at all ranks, and his ultimate does 20 more attack damage at all ranks.

Olaf‘s Q does five more attack damage at all ranks.

The initial fire damage on Ornn‘s W now does damage based on a percentage of the enemy’s total health value instead of a percentage of the current health value.

Rek’Sai‘s Q and E while unburrowed do five more attack damage at all ranks.

Both the base and enhanced versions of Renekton‘s Q, as well as the base damage of his E, do five more attack damage at all ranks. The base damage of his W does five more attack damage at all ranks and 15 more at all ranks when enhanced.

Rengar‘s Q and E does five more attack damage at all ranks.

Riven‘s W and E does five more attack damage at all ranks.

Shaco‘s E does five more attack damage at all ranks.

Yasuo‘s does 10 more attack damage at all ranks.

Brand’s mana refund for his W becomes more clear

When Brand kills an enemy unit that is ablaze — or already hit by one of his other abilities first — he gets mana back scaling from six to 18 every third level.

Guardian Angel gets a clock

The new recipe is a B.F. Sword, Cloth Armor, and Stopwatch, which is a new item added in with one of the new runes. The combine cost was lowered from 800 to 200 to compensate for the 600 gold cost for the Stopwatch.

Jaurim’s Fist and Sterak’s Gage tweaked

Jaurim’s Fist received an increased health value of 200, and the maximum number of stacks that gives five maximum health was increased to 30. Sterak’s Gage has a higher health value, the base attack damage percentage was increased to 50 percent, and the Gage’s passive was altered. The shield now decays after 0.75 seconds and now gives a 30 percent boost in tenacity instead of a boost to the champion’s base attack damage.
