The newly added runes to League of Legends’s Public Beta Environment ahead of the upcoming preseason are still getting tweaked, and the Wednesday update included a couple of changes to numbers and effects.
Overheal — which gives players a decaying shield when the player is healed in excess of their maximum health — now resets the decay on the shield when the player deals damage, takes damage, or gets healed.
Eyeball Collection — which has a stacking mechanic based on champion take downs and enemy ward kills — now gives an extra 10 attack damage or ability power when fully stacked, instead of the lethality or magic penetration.
Sudden Impact — which gives a damage buff after a player teleports, dashes, blinks, or exists stealth and camouflage — now gives a 10 lethality boost instead of 12, goes on cooldown for four seconds after the buff is over, and the damage buff now activates when attacking an enemy champion.
Phase Rush — which gives the player a boost in movement speed after attacking the same enemy champion with three unique attacks in two seconds — now gives a movement speed buff that scales from 15 to 40 percent instead of 30 to 60 percent.
Coup de Grace — which gives players extra attack or magic damage upon taking down an enemy champion — now gives a five percent damage boost instead of three, but the buff duration went from 10 seconds to five.
Minion Dematerialzer — which allows players to absorb an enemy minion including super minions for a set number of times — how has a 10 second cooldown timer instead of 20.
It’s important to keep in mind that the new runes are still in the PBE, which means all of them are still subject to all manner of changes before the changes go live in the preseason.
