Segal has an extensive resume in professional hockey as the COO of the Coyotes, special assistant to the CEO of the Anaheim Ducks, and the president of business operations for the San Diego Gulls. As Immortals joins the Overwatch League with a yet to be announced new brand as an owner of one of the Los Angeles franchises, Segal will help aid the team’s transition to the new league.
According to the release, Segal will oversee all business concerns for Immortals going forward.. As a non-voting advisor of the board, he will report to Whinston.
