Winterfox owner allegedly owes players money. Team stranded in Australia sorting out visa issues
Missing payments and broken promises from Winterfox owner Brian Cordry have left the organization’s Counter-Strike players stranded in Australia without proper visas or return flights to The United States, the players have alleged.

Former Echo Fox Counter-Strike players Sean “sgares” Gares and Shahzeeb “ShahZaM” Khan will join the Team SoloMid, according to multiple sources close to the team and players.

Pujan “FNS” Mehta and likely Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken will be replaced on the active roster following the ELEAGUE Americas Minor this weekend if they do not proceed further. In the event the team qualifies for the Major Qualifier or the Major itself, the current lineup will remain until it is eliminated from the Major process.

TSM recently finished with a strong but expected 13-3 record in ESEA Premier Season 23 online play despite frequent issues and disagreements between key players on the team. Therefore, it was decided over the past month that a roster change was absolutely necessary, according to one source.

Sgares and Shahzam come from an Echo Fox roster that disbanded following numerous disappointing performances, especially against international competition. Sgares, who has been long revered for his in-game-leading capabilities, was so heavily pursued by TSM that they offered to move their gaming house near his place of residence if he joined the team, according to a source.
