H2K signs on former Brood War pro StarDust as assistant coach

European League of Legends team H2K announced Wednesday the signing of assistant coach Son “StarDust” Seok-hee.

H2K expects him to “ease the transition of (Sin “Nuclear” Jeong-hyun) and (Choi “Chei” Sun-ho) not only to the EU LCS, but also Europe as a region,” according to the announcement.

StarDust was a professional player of StarCraft: Brood War until his transition to StarCraft II. He joined the American organization Light eSports in 2012 after he returned from his mandatory military service, and later switched to the European team mYinsanity in 2013.

His exploits in Europe include winning the championships of the 2014 European WCS Season 2, and making it to the round of 16 in the 2014 StarCraft 2 World Championship Series Global Finals.
