UmTi: “Last night our team lost even in my dreams, so I’m really glad that we won.”

Jin Air's coach talked about the professional debut of Xayah and Rakan.
the Jin Air Green Wings coach talked about the professional debut of Xayah and Rakan in their League Champions Korea (LCK) summer split opener.

The MVPs of the match between the Jin Air Green Wings and Afreeca Freecs, Eom “UmTi” Seong-hyeon and No “SnowFlower” Hoi-jong of Jin Air had a lively post match interview with OGN casters Lee “CloudTemplar” Hyun-woo and Kim Dong Jun, as UmTi confessed that he was losing in his dreams as well.

“Last night our team lost even in my dreams, so I’m really glad that we won,” he said, “We face KT next, so we’ll make sure to show the fans another upset.”

UmTi also broke the “Curse of Lee Sin,” creating a victory with a pick that seems to fail other teams, and SnowFlower attested to UmTi’s skill on the blind monk.

“I’ve always said Lee Sin is bad and we should give up trying to play him,” he said. “But UmTi likes him so much. I was so nervous today. After the game, I learned that UmTi is good on Lee Sin.”

SnowFlower also turned heads recently as he was on the top of the rankings in the Korean server, and the AD Carry for the ROX Tigers, Kwon “Sangyoon” Sang-yoon joked that SnowFlower was being carried by his team. When CloudTemplar asked him what he thought about Sangyoon’s comments, SnowFlower jokingly shot back.

“I think he’s watching the interview now, so although we only won once, I am ranking No. 1, and seeing as he’s 500 points below me, I think the difference between us is 800 points,” he said.

When asked what advice he would offer Sangyoon for solo queue, SnowFlower continued, “You need to be good. I think you’ll need to work harder, Sangyoon.”
