Meteos to sub for Inori in NA LCS this weekend

Phoenix 1’s managing owner Michael Moore announced on Facebook Thursday that jungler William “Meteos” Hartman will sub for his team in place of Rami “Inori” Charagh for this weekend’s North American League of Legends Championship Series.

“Inori has returned to Vancouver to take care of a personal matter, and therefore cannot participate in this weekend’s matches,” Moore wrote. “Fortunately, William ‘Meteos’ Hartman has graciously agreed to sub in for our team on extremely short notice.”

Phoenix1 is tied for fourth place in the LCS at 4-4.

UPDATE: theScore reported that Riot Games esports media relations lead Alex Rubens confirmed Phoenix 1’s purchase or acquisition of Meteos’ contract for cash.
