OGN has an online show called “From Start Till Clear,” in which they invite guests and see if how long it takes for them to finish a game. On the first episode of 2017, they invited SK Telecom T1’s Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, Bae “Bang” Jun-sik, Lee “Wolf” Jae-wan, and Kang “Blank” Sun-gu.
Uploaded onto the OGN official YouTube channel prior to the airing of the episode, some entertaining details surfaced and were made into individual videos separate from the show proper. Here are the two most interesting tidbits of information:
Bang and Wolf Own Buildings!
After quickly asking for permission, Bang revealed to the show that Wolf now owns a building. Although Wolf quickly clarified that it’s “not really a building” but something smaller. Saying that he was something much less glamorous than a building owner and that he’s rather “in debt now,” he quickly outed Bang as also a building owner.
When the production staff asked Bang if this was true, he replied:
“Don’t take SKT lightly.”
Faker is really, really straight edge
During a meal break in the show, Bang confessed that he likes to drink. Although the team is not allowed to drink at all during the season, he admitted that he bought a can of beer to drink on his day off during a season. Faker immediately said he “shouldn’t have done that.”
“I don’t think it’s right that during the team’s time off during the season, one person would just drink a can of beer by himself,” he said. “You have a game three, four days later.”
Wolf, who couldn’t contain himself, burst out in laughter, and Bang resignedly said Faker “is an old man.”
Apparently, the team does enjoy a drink here and there during social outings with friends, but not alone. Bang did say that he drank alone in that instance because he was going through a rough time.
