AFR Kramer: “My teammates kind of pressured me into practicing more by saying I shouldn’t take time off.”

The Afreeca Freecs seem just as likely to push you to your limits as they are to support your play when it comes to competition.

After Afreeca’s 2-1 victory over Samsung Galaxy on Wednesday, Afreeca’s AD Carry Ha “Kramer” Jong-hoon talked about how he spent his vacation practicing after some encouragement from his team in an interview with OGN casters Lee “CloudTemplar” Hyun-woo and Kim Dong-jun.

The team’s advice seemed to have paid off, as Kramer scored a pentakill during Wednesday’s match and showed an impressive performance. Although Kramer has been the subject of some criticism from fans, he has seemingly dispelled any concerns with his performance.

“We had some time off, but my teammates kind of pressured me into practicing more by saying I shouldn’t take time off, so I practiced a lot thinking that I’ll get better at some point,” he said smiling.

Afreeca is currently in sixth place with a record of 6-5 and are set to face MVP on Saturday.
